For your accommodation, you will have the possibility to live in a Staff House located in the Olten ‘hospital complex.  You can live there thanks to the FHNW international office which have a deal with the Hospital. This special deal allows the exchange students to live here for a 400 Swiss Francs rent. Which a lower rent compared to the Swiss average. 

 

You’re located on the border of Olten and Trimbach, at 15 mins by walk from the school and 10 mins by walk from the train station. The location is quite optimum, you are in the city center so you don’t have all the inconvenience which come with it. The area is really peacefull and the pollution is almost inexistent in the region.

I highly recommend you to choose this accommodation because all the exchange students live there. You’ll be able to create bonds more easily than if you were located outside the staff house.

 

Warning :

 

After 10 pm, you are not allowed to make any noises. For students, it can look to early but you have to keep in mind that you’re living on a Hospital complex which perfectly justifies that rule.
